Like every year, the Cameroonian Athletics Federation organized in Buea, the Race of Hope – Ascension of Mount Cameroon, a flagship event of Cameroonian Athletics all sports lovers’ feet of the “Chariot of the Gods”, to participate in this great popular festival where sport, culture, economy and tourism coexist harmoniously to consolidate a long-established international reputation. The 100% Cameroonian company which, through its various brands, supports Cameroonian initiatives has once more ceased the opportunity that was offered.
At the feet of Mount Cameroon, UCB through the brand Madiba, had an amazing experience with the authorities, the communities and our fellow consumers. It has been an opportunity for the brand as the official beverage, to gain exposure and connect with the wide audience of the south west region.
It allowed us aligning with the excitement and energy associated with the event, creating more of our brand visibility and eventually reaching new customers. It was great to have received the recognition from our local consumers and international visitors. Madiba hydrated not only the consumers but all the runners, participants & visitors of the race. After being the water of AFCON 2021, It is now the water of the Ascension of Mount Cameroon.
Madiba was the star at the heart of the event, Madiba was present to refresh the flame of hope in the hearts of participants and Madiba will definitely continue to climb the hills of the Mount Cameroon with all those who aspire to reach the top.
